What is Failed Back Surgery Neuropathy Doing to You

Pubmed estimates that over 20.6% of people who have back surgery will neuropathic symptoms. You never thought that after having back surgery you would have more problems with the nerves in your legs and feet did you?   You thought that after the spinal surgery, everything would be brand new again.  This unfortunately happens to more people than you realize. The pain, numbness, tingling, or burning is now caused by physical damage done to that nerve and the scar tissue that has formed in the spine. Going in and fixing one problem can lead to others far worse. Click Here to read a study listed by the National Library of Medicine that shows that failed back surgery can go as high as 46%.

Did you know that failed back surgery is the 3rd leading cause of peripheral neuropathy? That most people who have some form of back surgery will develop peripheral neuropathy at some point in their life. What are you going to do when you get peripheral neuropathy? Take lyrica, cymbalta, or gabapentin? Have you looked at what kind of side effects these medications cause? Click here to read the side effects of gabapentin listed by the mayo clinic.

Whether you have peripheral neuropathy from diabetes, as a result of chemotherapy, failed spinal surgery, as a result of medication side effects, or just unknown how are you going to deal with it? Are you ok taking medications that do not address the root cause of the problem? Are you ok with seeing everything get worse every day? Are you ok having to depend on the people around you to walk you to your bathroom?

I do not mean to scare you, I am just stating the facts of what I have seen in over 10 years of treating just neuropathy patients.

This is not the way to live. Hope and choices are your main defense against neuropathy and the system. Here are the facts. Your neuropathy will get worse.

The medications that are prescribed have no nerve rebuilding properties, but have unwanted side effects. You are important and deserve better. I know that there are options. I have seen success. I have heard patients tell me that their numbness, tingling, burning, and pain have ALL gone away. I have seen patients go from walking like they are drunk to marching down our halls like a soldier in a parade. Success is possible! It just takes determination and knowledge to be able to win.

Don't you want to feel like yourself again? Don't you want to be able to sleep through the night? Don't you want to be able to walk and smile again? I want you to be this way!!

Time is not on your side. Here is the truth. We are all going to die one day. However old you are, the days you have left mean more than ever. What do you want those days to look like. Do you want to be that person no one wants to be around? Or do you want to be that person who is full of life? These are the questions you need to ask yourself.

Learn How Diane Got Off Of Her Gabapentin Permanently Using The NRM Process

How Do We Help Peripheral Neuropathy

The NRM process is a unique treatment developed and tested by Dr. Bao Thai DC. He has spent the last 10 years researching and testing new and innovative ways to help patients with Neuropathy get results!

The NRM process does NOT involve surgery or medications. It is ONLY available in Dr. Thai's Carrollton and Houston offices. The core medical principles of the NRM process are:

  1. Utilizing Specialized Medical Equipment to Enhance the bodies ability to repair damaged nerve and tissues.

  2. Achieving Sustainable Results

  3. Reduction of Pain Medication Usage

Our ability to help as many people as we have, is based on experience and know how. Our process can involve but is not limited to lasers, neurolight therapy, pemf machines to many more. What's makes us different is the way we use our equipment. You can give a scalpel to a doctor, but it doesn't make him a surgeon. Neuropathy is something we take very seriously. and so should you. We are dedicated to providing you with the most effective and best care possible.

How does it work

Step 1: Understanding Neuropathy

Neuropathy is a condition that simply means damage to your nerves. These nerves control 2 vital functions. One is motor which is movement. How well you walk, your balance, to your stamina is controlled by a motor nerve. The other function is feeling. How well you feel hot, cold, sharpness, dullness, vibration, etc is determined by a sensory nerve. When a nerve is damaged it now sends erroneous signals to the brain. Those signals now register as numbness, tingling, burning, pain, muscle weakness, and balance issues just to name a few.

Step 2: Restoring Flow

The next step is now to establish flow. When you have a damaged nerve think of it as like a damaged cable. The cable has been frayed to the point where all the wires are exposed to the environment. This is what happens with your nerves. The nerves are now damaged to the point that when inflammation levels increase in your body it causes further destruction of the nerve. The ultimate question is what does it take for nerve to repair. It is a very complicated process. It requires certain protein production, cellular energy transferred to the nerve cells, increase oxygenation, increase blood flow, anti-inflammatory state, and many more for it to start repairing. Our process achieves all of the following over a period of time using specialized machines.

Step 3: Gaining back Function

The last step in our process is now the best part. When the nerve starts working again, the symptoms start going away. The numbness that was keeping you up at night goes away. The burning pain that stopped you from walking is barely there. The balance issues that stopped you from going to church is a distant memory! You start to regain your life back again. This is what we want for all neuropathy sufferers.

What happens to neuropathy that is untreated

It is Simply the END of being Independent

As we age, we know that our bodies are more likely to breakdown even further. So what happens when that nerve is already damaged and you factor in the aging process? It means you get WORSE EVEN FASTER. Ask anyone who has had neuropathy. They will tell you that the neuropathy started to spread like ants! In the end, if the nerve is not repaired you will become dependent on someone or something to just get by.
